Still waiting to receive package

Ordered on 12/31 and still waiting to receive the package. Tracking showed it lost on 1/9 but trying to get it re-shipped has been a challenge. Was instructed to contact outside vender but they did not respond. Tried to start a claim with UPS but I was missing information. Finally chatted with Macy’s online customer service but had to request a supervisor to request re-shipment. It’s been a lot of work for a pair of earrings. The latest email said I will receive the package on 1/24 but UPS shows no movement. Ugh.
