Great Features

Bought new laptop a couple of weeks ago to replace aging HP Desktop which I'd had for around 7 years and was getting very tired in it's old age, very slow and temperamental. New laptop super fast, plenty of memory and great graphics, should have updated much sooner.

Not recieved warranty extension and antivirus

It's been more than a month that I bought the laptop and Additional 2 Year warranty + 3 Year Accidental Damage Protection + 3 Year Protegent Antivirus. But neither have I got the warranty extension nor the antivirus. Poor experience with HP as I have been a loyal HP customer since 2008 and never experienced this.
