not microwave safe

I bought this from Macy's last year. I bought it from Macy's because I wanted a quality product that I would have for years (not months). Turns out, this is not microwave safe. one of the dishes came out of the microwave and "popped", left a crack half way across the plate. I reached out to Macy's customer service hoping there was a manufacturer's warranty, but apparently this manufacturer does not warranty there product.

Never order from Macy's again

While the set is appealing, my experience with Macy's service was disappointing. The processing and shipping alone took 9 days, and the entire process extended beyond 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this resulted in the gift arriving too late for the intended birthday celebration.

Nice Quality/ Design

I love this beautiful set that I purchased. I wish that they sold other items such as saucers, serving bowls, 3 tiers for desserts, etc.
