Shipping Problem

It is never delivered. I ordered it on Nov 04th, today is No 21st. I have called Macy’s customer service twice and they said it was shipped so I have to wait for 10 days to 2 weeks but the tracking details show the carrier has never picked it up.

Box Smashed

The eye makeup is fine but Macys shipped it in a bag. No gift wrap and the Chanel box is smashed. There is no presentation value. Just poor service on Macys part.
