Damaged product

Received the grater and it is warped such that it does not sit squarely on a flat surface. The grater was shipped in a USPS plastic bag rather than a box and this may have been the reason for the damage. I used Macys web site to alert the vendor of the problem. To date I have not heard from the Vendor. A return is possible at a Macys store, however the only store near us is about half hour away assuming no traffic. So giv3n this we will hold on awaiting word from the vendor.

Something is badly off-kilter with this grater. It's as if all the little blades are crooked. Nothing grates smoothly or easily, and it's a pain in the neck to use.
