Barely 1 year of use and the rear speakers no longer work. The receiver pairs fine but no sound to the speakers anymore.

Good soundbar for the money!
There are many people that complain about the speakers not truly being wireless. However, I didn't find the packaging confusing at all. The fact that the rear speakers wirelessly connect to the soundbar is more than satisfactory for most people. I think the sound is good. The subwoofer could be a bit more powerful but for the price I find it to be fine. And it works well with my LG TV.

Missing Parts
Product received without the mounting brackets and screws. Will not provide me with just the brackets and screws. Want me to disassemble everything and send back. Unable to find screws at hardware store. Very upset.

Rear Speakers Will NOT connect
Rear speakers do not work as well. Wired correctly, system shutdown and restarted in the recommended sequence but nothing works. Will be returning when I get a day off work. Not nearly what I expected from such an expensive set of speakers.

Stereo only, no surround
This is a very expensive set of stereo speakers. The sub is barely audible at full volume and the rear speakers do not work at all. The box the (wireless) speakers are wired to has a solid green light indicating it is connect but nothing.

Another quality LG product
I stand by my original review a couple weeks ago and would only add that there could have been some form of explanation of all the buttons on the remote to further enhance the whole experience of the purchase and listening pleasure I got with this endeavor. This was value for the money, considering I caught a sale including LG quality!

Great sound bar , poor rear speakers
We tried everything. The rear speakers are not working. All troubleshooting we already did. Reset, turn on and off, everything. Might be not for us.

another LG quality product
Installation was piece-a-cake. Once I hit the pairing buttons-it made the living room come alive! Couldn't be happier for the money spent. Love the Bass Blast feature.
