Very Satisfied
Bought the unit in July, 2024. Everything has been good until this morning when I got a black screen with sound. Easy call with TCL support with Juls and a simple reset of the tv solved the problem.

Doing ok a little slow could improve more but my 100 tcl work just fine. Pam is doing fantastic job

Awesome TV
This TV is great I definitely recommend it. I bought the 40 inch couple years back don't have anything negative to say about It.

Excellent Service
Lucas solved my problem and was unbelievably patient with this old lady. He obviously knows the product well and he was flexible about trying several options before we reached a favorable conclusion. Lucas reflects well on your product.

Fixed TV issues help me with registration, warrant
After 3 months of use my TV went black and Mona helped me through the process and it seemed effortless. It was a great experience.
