Sound is poor on bass
There is no bass next to nothing, can't be heard on any action movie, poor S80TR

Try placing the subwoofer near a wall or corner, checking it’s powered on and paired, and using Movie, Cinema, or Bass Blast mode. Very good BUT
Whilst the sound and features are excellent, there is on big BUT. It is not possible to individually adjust the balance of the rear speakers?. This has to be one of the most important things to allow sound balance unless you have the space to have equal distances between speaker placement and the seating zone. I cant believe at this price point, this basic feature is missing.

New upgrade from a previous LG sound bar
Great sound a much needed upgrade to my previous LG sound bar very happy with new one it was quite easy and straight forward to set up. Would definitely recommend the US80TR.

Unfortunately not worth the money
I bought the soundbar home cinema system to go with my new LG television. I have always used a soundbar and sub woofer with my televisions as usually they are required given the poor audio output from speakers on televisions. However in this case it is fair to say the audio output from my new LG television’s speakers is better without the soundbar and sub woofer, so feel I have probably wasted money and am likely to return item. Disappointed!

In home system is hitting the mark
We ordered this unit knowing it was the preferred upgrade from the 3.1. With powerful speakers, bass and balance for different movies and shows, it's made the whole experience of in home entertainment a dream.

Works great right out of the box.
Works great right out of the box. Very easy to set up with wireless connections for the sub and rear channels. The up firing speakers make dialogue easier to hear at lower volume. Shipping was very quick. It was delivered a couple days after ordering online. I wish we would have gotten a soundbar sooner.
