Late delivery

The shipment has not arrived on time and now we have to work out how to deliver the gift to the recipient - since we do not live near each other. The cost to redeliver will make the gift much more expensive than we budgeted. Very disappointed.

Not what I ordered.

I ordered 2 x Packs , 4 bath towels each with 2 wash cloth. I received only 2 Bath Towels in each pack. Thin material. Not happy at all. Was a Christmas Gift. Will not reorder! Shipment also took way too long. Too Expensive for only 2 Bath towels in each package. They were also small towels.

Nice towels

They are a nice nice and very soft. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that hand towels were NOT included and they aren't available for purchase.

NEVER RECEIVED MY TOWELS

MACY'S SENT THIS ORDER TO A THIRD PARTY AND THEY SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! I NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDICE AND THEN WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE, MACY'S.COM WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL. I HAD TO DISPUTE THIS WITH MY AMEX MACY'S CARD!
