Sony Pictures Cores problems
I have problem using the Bravia 5 to connect with Sony Pictures Core app. It couldn’t be connected while other applications could be connected without problem

Misinformation
The sales didnt inform me about the retractable bracket that will be charged and only upon installation the worker asked me if I wanted . Thought bracket was free

A significant upgrade
This TV was an upgrade from a 2018 LED Bravia. After seeing and comparing other brands I was nearly sold on the Bravia 3, but wanted to have a more significant upgrade. I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is extremely impressive and the Google operating system is also very good. One disappointment is the that ITV X still does not have the Live TV option in the app, I’ve since found out this specific to only a few TV brands. I thought this was just because I had an older TV. If that could be resolved, this would have been a 5 star rating with no complaints.
