my tv was problematic at first. Turned on in the middle of the night . Turned off while watchin, and dropped internet

Worst tv in it's class.
If you watch any kind of quality content this is not the tv for you. It is unable to produce clear image without lag when watching any live sports or anything in dolby vision. Bottom line is this tv is not even close to being capable of its "240 native refresh rate" My old samsung with a 60hz refresh is so much smoother and never lags when watching sports. Like anything else in this world you get what you pay for. This tv is garbage!

Great Experience
We had a lot of trouble setting up our new tv to and Monique was a Rockstar and stayed on the phone for an hour with us...it works great! She's awesome!

GARBAGE
TCL is the worst brand I have ever purchased. Nothing, I repeat nothing functions properly on this television. The lag time is incredible. Powering on and off is a trick. It doesn't shut off for literally 2 to 3 minutes. Streaming is another nightmare, it buffers continually and freezes. Invest a little more and purchase a legitimate television.
