I bought the Bunny for a gift. It was all wrinkled in the bag. It wasn't as large as I thought it was going to be. Nothing great about it.

Order never show up after 25 days

Ordered online on 12/13/2023 as a Christmas gift and never received it. Where's my order? I've to buy another gift to replace it. Surprise is that Macy's never contact me about the delay
