Dinnerware

I received one plate damaged and just wanted it replaced. After spending a long time on a "chat" and nothing was resolved! Love the set but now I am missing a plate which makes the set a major problem! Just send a replacement set......I do not think that is too much to ask for!

Product came damaged

I received this product today by mail and it was broken. I don't think it was well packaged. For such a fragil product it lacked protection. Very upset.

Terrible quality,comes in crumbs

Do not get this set. Despite the appealing idea and price, the quality is terrible. The pieces arrive chipped or crumbling, and even intact items break after the first wash.

Worsr delivery

It seemed promising but it took a long time to arive and when it did most of it was shattered and it had been thrown on doorstep, literly. I dicided to return it but even i after i got my recipt i never got my refund. This was my worst experience online. So i would luke to either get my money back or send me the item in perfect condition.
