Shattered Upon Arrival

Why was this shipped by U.S. Mail? I ordered 2 sets and both tea cups were shattered upon arrival. I ordered the teapot from Dillards and is arrived by FED EX and in perfect condition. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning both 2 weeks before Christmas.

I love this set. Yellow is one of my favorite so if you like yellow, go for it. The pink flowers makes it even more beautiful
