Beautiful

I got these earrings for my 1 year wedding anniversary and I love them, the clarity and the cut is just stunning. The locking mechanism makes them extra secured on my ears.

Recent purch 1/2 carat studs

The salesman was wonderfully knowledgeable and gracious even when he had to kindly ask me to wait while another customer he was helping was buying an engagement ring. Then, the department supervisor saw that I was still at the counter and twice came over to assure me I would soon be helped - and on the second occasion actually started to take out the displays for my inspection. Then, the sales person came and took over and all went well. My wife LOVED the earrings and I loved the service. Thank you.

So much smaller than I anticipated...

I guess the problem with any online purchase is that you really don't know what you get until you see it. I am not a diamond connoisseur, so I had a hard time envisioning the size until it arrived and it is much smaller than I expected. Macy's could fix that simple "user end" problem by presenting the product worn on an ear, so as to set accurate expectations, instead of raising them above reality with a blown up photo and a small print disclosure about photos being enlarged. Otherwise, purchase and delivery were smoothly. The earnings are lovely, just so, so much smaller than what I was expecting.
