One was broken

The ornaments are beautiful. Unfortunately, one was shattered. I was asked to return the set for another, and that was just too much trouble. They were not packed well at all, and I would have needed to pack them better or risk more being broken when I shipped them back.

Gorgeous, well-made, simply amazing. I love these ornaments so much that I am planning to buy another set. They are beautiful.
