Absolutely horrible

Macy’s please take this off your item list. The cookies are horrible. Very brittle and not moist as the pictures appears to be. I even put them in the microwave and they still were brittle. Can’t believe the box it came in says keep frozen! Walmart has way better cookies.

Could chip a tooth!!

I'm only giving it a 1 star because you have to at least rate it that, but in all honesty, it deserves 0!! These cookies came as a gift during a difficult time from a loved one so I was looking forward to them, but they are 100% INEDIBLE! They came hard as a rock and had mold on them as well. The chocolate in them seems very old. There is so expiration date on the box or the package the cookies come in whatsoever so who knows how old their products actually are. It's ridiculous that they won't even give you a refund. Don't waste your money buying these. They are NOT worth it!

Do not buy these!

Stale, no best by date to be found. I diligently checked for a date after finding the cookies hard and stale. These were sent to me as a gift, but I'm sad they wasted their money on these. Please save yourself the grief.

Stale and mold

I purchased these cookies for Valentine's Day and they came hard as a rock, and mold. Now says there's no return policy. I'm very disappointed as I am a constant Macys shopper
