ZWILLING Clad CFX 3 Qt. Saucepan with Strainer Lid

I love the saucepan and the concept of the strainer lid. However, the glass part of the lid is foggy and never looks clean. I have not put it in the dishwasher. I have washed it by hand with dawn dish soap, then with vinegar. Then, I called the company and the gentleman suggested that I try baking soda. So, to no avail, I tried the baking soda. I even asked him if others have had this issue and he said yes. I am just disappointed that I am unable to get the glass clear.
