PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED

I NEVER received the product. Was supposed to deliver in 3-6 business days. On the 10th business day, I called and was told that they did not know where the product was but wanted me to still pay for it. I insisted that I receive a credit since I was not provided with the product that I purchased. I am supposed to have a credit. Will know when I receive my bill next month. Very disappointed because I really need this shower curtain and will need to look elsewhere.

Defective

This curtain said it had 12 reinforced holes for hanging however, there were no holes and no way to hang the shower curtain.
