Damaged upon arrival.
Arrived damaged, and had to use glue gun to repair it. Added it to my collection of Santa's. Definitely could be packaged better for shipping.

Wrong Santa sent
I ordered a Santa figure that was advertised/pictured holding a teddy bear. When I received it yesterday the Santa had a package in his hand instead of the bear, which I wanted for my great granddaughter.

Broken Santa
so disappointing...broken top piece of Santa's staff he is holding.. Packaging was awful....he was stuffed into a small box...no wrapping! Obviously someone else's return! Macy's quality control is very lacking!
