Purse

Bought a inc purse in November didn’t realize until I was on vacation in January it was pulling on top of the strings for back pack away from purse at top went to macys and basically I was 2 weeks passed the return period this is why I bought a name brand backpack I just threw away 3 no name brands after I received my name brand backpack pack guess I’ll go back to no name ones it’s not what you pay for anymore this product disappointed me extremely Walmart is the same value as inc and I don’t put a lot in my bag either

Perfect!

I really liked it. I think it's a great size. Great color, a little darker than the picture shown. The pockets inside as well as the slots in the first zipper part for credit cards and pens are wonderful. I like the handle on top as well

Poor customer service

I placed a store pickup order for the INC Killeen backpack that was never shipped out. The warehouse didn’t bother to ship it out. Customer service was horrendous and the process to get refunded was like jumping through hoops.
