A little disappointed

The reviews were so good that I bought the towels (on full price that next week went on sale). I washed first, and they were fine. The second washing, the seams started leaving strings of thread. I hope they hold up because I do like the softness and absorbency.

Luxurious AND Clean

We prefer organic products as much as possible, and these towels are the most widely reviewed for quality, plus third-party tested for trace chemicals and proven clean! They are thick, soft, and perfectly absorbent. On top of that, they have outstanding customer service and not only stand behind their product, but the customer experience, too! Worth the splurge.

Towels I need

I have researched and researched, and I am going to buy two of these sets because a. they are what I have been looking for, b. the customer service response on reviews with concerns. That is so hard to find in today's online purchase model. Yes, I am looking for these to meet my expectations.

Nice but damaged

I received them through the mail open them and one was fine but the other towel had loose strings all over the edge was damaged. I will be returning them.

professional shopper!

I bought these Turkish towels because the towels we had been using did not absorb water after a shower. It seemed like no matter how absorbent the towels felt when dry- they did not absorb the water. As you can see, I ordered these on 05/25 so they are only 3 weeks old. There are ONLY MY HUSAND AND I in our home. We shower every day and wash the towels weekly. ON THE POSITIVE: These towels are a GREAT SIZE and actually VERY ASORBANT. THERE IS EVEN A LOOP TO HANG THEM ON A HOOK. HOWEVER, I had noticed that after the 2nd washing, the towels had started to fray on the side. I did not send them back because I really like the towels, I am just BUMMED THAT THEY ARE POORLY MADE. I only bought 1 set (2 towels per set) to see how they worked. I am just disappointed in their quality. I would still recommend the product, but would also TELL FOLKS that they may unravel!
