Poor Packaging

I ordered this for my husband for a business trip. I had to return my first order because it was too small. Reordered right away. The first order was delivered in a large box packaged very well. Took it out of the box and not one wrinkle on it. Second one was delivered in plastic bag and it was stuffed in it. Coat was so wrinkled and it looked awful. Other than packaging it’s a nice coat.

Lighter material seems made cheap

This coat was much lighter than I thought it was going to be. You could not wear this in the cold. I have to return it today because it's too light and it was too big for the person I bought the gift for.
