Bad pilow

This is the worse pillow I bought for the price I paid on sale it flatten so bad it hurt my neck couldn’t sleep at all with this pillow not worth it

Cover Won't Come Off

I have allergies and asthma. I really need my bedding to be CLEAN, however, though there are instructions for washing this cover, which is just polyester knit -- nothing special, the zippered opening is so small that the pillow cannot be removed without shredding it to pieces. Most cooling pillows have cooling covers, and those covers can be removed fairly easily because the zipper goes around two sides. This zipper doesn't even go all around one side. It's only about 7 " wide. Other than that, there was no height measurement for this pillow, but it looked in the pictures to be a good 5". It's actually less than 3" Soooo.. back it goes.
