It's a well-built piece of

It's a well-built piece of luggage and the wheels roll like a dream. The only down-side is that the runs for the handle take up a lot of space in the packing area--it's a little smaller than my last suitcase so I am getting use to less space.

Love it

We love everything about these

We love everything about these bags. The wheels glide very smoothly and because of the precision glide system they are so easy to roll where you want them to go. They don't wander or wiggle. The built in charging port on the carry-on is also a favorite feature.

New/Beautiful!

I do really like this new Platinum Elite Medium Check-in Spinner. I haven’t used it yet; I plan to in June. I recently purchased this because I realized I am more of a fan of the fabric luggage than I am of the hard side. I like that there are pockets on the outside/inside and all the extras. I plan to use them. The quality of the luggage is obvious, from the moment iit arrived. The exterior is beautiful, strong and well made. The interior is spacious, and filled with extra pieces I didn’t expect would be so appealing.

Beautiful case and it rolls!

When I say rules I mean on just about any surface you would want to take a suitcase, it rolls with ease. I got rid of my virtually new samsonites because their wheels were crap. Travel pro, I love your wheels!

Ok I get the hype

One trip with this thing and I fully understand why people swear by these bags—it's absolutely next level. And it looks even better in person than it does on the website (it's just a touch darker than the pictures show). I'm looking forward to needing to upgrade my carry-on in the future! :-D
