Beautiful but Cheesy
I'll keep them cause they're pretty as all get out to me. These are the knives you have for show for light work for use when the real knives go to the manufacturer for reshaping. They are so thin and flimsy one can easily get hurt using them for a day of work in the kitchen. Too bad. Step it up French Home you've got a lovely product and you cheapened it to the enth degree.
