Beautiful but not Functional

I loved the look of this silverware set but it was not functional at all. The handles were way to thin and the shape made it impossible to eat with.

Product Completely Different from Photos

The received items are completely different from the web pictures and description. It looks like someone swapped the whole cutlery set, especially since the packaging tape was cut. Please investigate.

Significant quality control issues

Hello, I recently ordered six sets of Villeroy & Boch flatware from Macy’s, and I’ve noticed several quality issues. Two dinner knives have double-printed logos, three small spoons have dark gray marks and dents that won’t come off, and one small fork also has gray marks that do not clean off. Out of six sets, six individual utensils are with notable manufacturing flaws.

Great Curving Design
