Disappointed

This is a beautiful ring. I received many compliments during the 3 days that I wore it. then a diamond fell out. I wasn't doing anything strenuous besides holding a pen and washing my hands. very disappointed in the quality

Sad and frustrating

Received 13/10/25 a stone already fell out, replayed to email have not received a response and no CS email ANYWHERE on the site. I am sad that Macy’s has such a poor quality product and customer service
