Medium-firm is an inaccurate description.

I’ve been searching for what I consider to be the perfect side sleeper; firm but not hard and not too much loft. Pillow companies don’t share any standards of description for their products so it’s virtually impossible to buy them online. I’ve learned that now. To me, this pillow is not medium firm, it’s very soft and has to be balled up to get enough loft that it doesn’t partially cover your mouth or nose when you rest your head on it. Maybe the product I’m looking for doesn’t exist anymore. I wish I hadn’t removed the tags from my current pillow which met all of my needs perfectly. Lesson learned.

It was falling apart

I received the pillow and the fluff was coming out of it. It was very lumpy and did not feel comfortable at all. Will definitely be returning.

Too soft and lumpy feeling

I was excited to try this pillow as I have had good experiences w/ Sealy products in the past. Upon opening the product, I noticed some loose fluff/stuffing on the outside of the pillow. I am not sure whether the fluff is somehow coming out of the pillow (though I see no visible holes), or if it was just from the factory it was made in, but it does concern me, as I am not sure if more fluff will come out of the pillow over time. The pillow does feel soft and cushion-y, but as a pillow labeled "medium support", I find that the pillow tends to feel more like low/soft support. Perhaps I prefer pillows on the medium-firm side. The firmness of the pillow is helped when I fluff the pillow before laying on it. However, the pillow itself feels a bit lumpy even with fluffing and attempts to adjust/fix it. In sum, the pillow is too soft and uncomfortable for me to continue using it to sleep. I will use it as a back-rest pillow or extra pillow to prop up, but would not use this as my main sleeping pillow.

Comfy pillow

This is a very comfy pillow for stomach sleepers. The pillow cover is 100% cotton and the pillow washes beautifully. The filling is hypoallergenic and keeps its shape. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a new pillow

Great bed pillow

This pillow is a good pillow for sleeping on my stomach, which I am learning to do, now. It has just enough support for my face, without feeling like a lump. It appears to be well sewn, soI believe it will last, as well.
