Sent wrong size twice

I have ordered two of these pillows in the 12" x 20" size. They sent two 18" x 18" pillows. I returned them and reordered, only to receive the 18 x 18 size again - twice!

Wrong size

The pillow is very nice quality, but it isn’t a 12 x 20. It is a 20 x 20. It does say that, but not what is pictured or says up top. Macy’s isn’t the only one Homey Cozy has done this to.

Stunning

Great quality, the vibrant darkish royal blue color is a great accent in my living space. I love the texture of this pillow, its like a luxurious velvety feel. I've had this pillow for over a year now and it has held up excellently. Truth be told.. it's not so bad to rest your head on too.
