Markers wicks push in

My 4 year old just got this as a present and he loves it but today was his first day using it and the wicks for both the blue n red markers have seemed to push in while he was coloring n now don't really work well. He is a little upset n confused. Usually I lice all your products and I loved this at first until the issue with the markers.
