I would purchase again

My 20 month old enjoys book. I love how thick the book is. But for the price , I will be keeping in my drawer and not in play room.

Not what I expected

The book is heavy for a young child to hold. Also, the pop sound is only really audible when pushed from the back of the page one is viewing, which makes it difficult to associate the sound with the picture count.

My granddaughter loves popping the dots and the story is cute. She is 20 months old.

I would buy this again

Great for eye hand coordination and 1:1 correspondence in counting and identification of animals. Love Melissa & Doug Dot-to-Dot items! Great concept!!! Unfortunately, the edge of the book arrived slightly damaged, perhaps from packing.
