Shipping nightmare on necktie

I bought this item 10 days ago online because it is not available in the store. I still haven’t received, the status showed it is somewhere in transit (no location). I even got billed for it already. If you need this item in a hurry, don’t bother buying it from Macys online. Their shipping is unreliable.

Price for entire tuxedo was same as a rental & quality was not compromised. It was exactly what my husband wanted & he looked fantastic. Perfect fit! Size was as expected & no alterations needed. PS - Surprised there were no belt loops!
