Makes healthy food easy

This steamer is so versatile and easy and cooks so many different veggies and other foods with ease and retains their moisture. Just a little water in the bottom, microwave and voila!

So easy to make great veggies

I was looking for something simple to use for cooking raw vegetables. 2 T of water in the base, about 2 cups of vegetables in the steamer basket and into the microwave for 4 minutes (in a 1000 watt microwave) and they were done. Perfect texture and taste.

It is much larger than I "thought" but it is great. I use it for vegetables only. I bought two as I will give one as a gift.
