Disappointment

Very disappointed in the colors! They were so pale compared to photo. In fact thought the wrong quilt was sent. Looked like a cheap carnival advertisement backing. What a shame! I was venturing out for some nice deep colors and got blah!

One of the window panels is defected. It's longer on the left side, making it uneven.

Poor quality

Colors are VERY dull compared to photos. Quilt stitching fell out after 1st wash. Also multiple places where the edge binding wasn’t sewn to the quilt. SO disappointing. I’ve always thought Macy’s carried higher end products, this is clearly not the case.

Horrible Service

I did not receive this item, and Macy's refused to give me a refund or replace the item because it has been over a month. I have been a loyal customer of Macy's for many, many years. I am no longer a loyal customer.
