Wasn’t what I expected

The main second hand works with the clock so the tachometer is useless. That’s the reason I got it. I wish they would tell you stuff like that in the description. Now I am sending it back because it’s not what I thought it was and there should be a description. I have never seen a watch with a marked bezel that the main second hand wasn’t part of the chronograph. If it worked like it should then it would be great but how can you know without a description?
