Arrived with big scuff mark on the top of shoe

Great shoe that was shipped to store. There is a big non-fixable scuff mark on the top of the left shoe. This is the second pair of heels that I have purchased online at Macys that have arrived damaged. The other pair was Calvin Klein brown suede heels with irreparable scuff mark on the top of the heel. So sad, but the packing needs to better to prevent damage in such a visible area.
