Not completely happy with this bag. Middle zipper very hard to close. Center also collapses when you try to zip it. Should get a refund!

Purse did not wear well

Bought this bag two years ago to take on a short trip and then used it on another short trip last fall. Have used it a handful of times in addition to those, but mostly it’s been sitting on the purse shelf in my closet. I noticed last fall the beige pebble part was starting to chip off in places where it gets a little more wear, for instance on the back side of the purse where it rubs against my body when it’s on my shoulder, and also on the top edges. It looks really tacky now. I’m very disappointed in this as I’m a fan of this brands purses and usually it’s the handles that show wear before anything else. I could understand this happening if I had used this purse frequently for a year or two, but that is just not the case. Obviously I will not order another one for fear the same thing will happen, which is a shame because it’s a nice-sized purse, is nice looking, and has lots of good zipper compartments that come in handy. Buyer beware!

Color is not what I ordered

There are two versions of this bag in the description. I ordered the black & ivory & silver. What I received was the black/ivory. The difference is the zippers. On the version I ordered they are ivory and make a contrast to the black. Unfortuanately, I got black zippers. They don't look as nice as the others. I don't know if the other version is available so I am hesitant to return this and try again. The quality is good but be aware you may not get the version you choose
