Cheap build quality compared to original Virtuo

Not as sturdy as the original Virtuo machine, feels cheap in comparison. Cup holder is very flimsy and has dropped out of the front of the machine whilst in use - could be dangerous. Otherwise it does what it should.

Great for Specialty Drinks

The Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium brews a great espresso but I don’t love that it does not have the option for a regular coffee. Having everything frothed is great for specialty drinks, but the machine lacks versatility.

Amazing coffee and espresso made easy.

I absolutely love the Virtuo Next . It’s easy to use, heats up quickly and makes great coffee with just a press of a button. I especially love making iced coffee with it, and one of my favorite features is being able to start it straight from my phone. It makes busy mornings so much easier. I also love that I can make both coffee and espresso, and it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. I recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to make coffee and espresso.

Broke within a year

The Nespresso does taste better then regular coffee. The machine is very nice looking and having it is very easy to use. It is a little louder then regular coffee makers. However I've had ir for a little over a year and it has broken. I've read some reviews that have stated this but thought it was something that rarely happens. But mine doesn't even turn on and I have used it less then 20 times, so its not over usage. Very frustrating to buy something that should be made better because of its brand

Gourmet experience!!

Having used this product at my son's home, I found the coffee to be true gourmet tasting, and easy to use. Love, love! I was forever the kuerig user, this was a game changer!!❤️😍

Buyer beware 40% off rip off

I bought the machine about a week ago from the Burlington location in the Fairview Mall, they completely lied to me. They told me I have 14 days to return it to the store from that happy with it for whatever reason and 30 days if I have a problem with it, they didn’t tell me that it was so hard to close after putting in a pod in my hands with arthritis so when I called about it, I found out that if I wanted to return it. I have to pay shipping and shipping it across Canada to a certain location on my dime, not happy about that and I was told when I was in the store that all of these other products were on sale which was another lie they’ll do anything I guess to make a purchase how you buy things I just feel being taken care of, I wanted to return it and purchase the other newer espresso machine that opens easily and you just throw in the pod into the hole so easy then I found out there’s a lot of problems with this machine so at whatever cost they’re getting them out and sold on your expense taking advantage of you and lying. I bought a lot of products there in the last two days but I found out they were never on sale. They’re at regular price leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wish there was more locations near me a buyer beware I hear their pieces of junk would’ve been nice to know this before that’s why they got them on for 40% off.

Never received

I was supposed to be able to pick it up at the Macy's counter. They have not been able to find the product so I can't review the actual product, just the service, which isn't great as I've been without the product (coffee maker).
