Thick and hard to wipe off
I am very disappointed with this product, I was looking for something to remove sunscreen and cleanse my skin. This was so thick that too much product came out when I first opened it. It felt like the product was still on my skin after wiping off so had to use miceller water to remove remaining product, even though it states all in one. After using a few times it is so thick it won't come out of the bottle, it is stuck around the sides of the bottle. An expensive product and not value for money.

Makes my skin feel good
My skin feels great. I love that it removes eye makeup. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 stars is it is hard to get out of the bottle. I have to keep it upside down and add water as I use it.

My skin feels luxurious and clean too!
I have looked high and low for a facial cleanser that doesn't need to be used with water and that actually does the job of cleaning and does not leave my skin feeling stripped. Well, here it is!! I am so happy with this product because it leaves my dry/combination skin soft and subtle and feeling clean. I do use it as suggested to remove facial makeup, mascara and lip product. I do not have difficulty getting the product out of the bottle. I keep it upside down and shake it before pressing to release the cleanser. I am a huge fan!

Love it!
I have very dry and sensitive skin. This product is very gentle on my skin and helping to heal some of the dryness. I plan to continue using this product and I hope that it will not be discontinued. It is difficult to find products for sensitive dry skin that work.

Removed make up each night
I use this cleanser to remove foundation. Before bed it gently lifts the make up and then I clarify to make sure my skin is clean before bedtime

Impossible to use product
The cleanser is mild for my skin. However after the first few uses, it is near impossible to get product out of bottle to use. I have tried leaving it upside down, beat against counter, but no. I feel it is a waste of my money. Will be returning. Please change up the bottle packaging. Disappointed.
