No packaging, unhelpful customer service, scent lasts 15min
Arrived loose in a box with no packaging. Unsealed with no Jo Malone packaging. Maybe a tester? Chat with customer service said "packaging is free", go to a store if you want some. No exactly the best way to gift this to someone… Scent smells good but fades very quickly.

Please bring back the original formula
I've worn this for 30 years. I 've purchase 2 with the new formula and it is not the same. I use to get compliments all the time. I've tried to find a new scent but just not happy with anything but this. My young sons picked this out for Mothers Day 30+ years ago and have worn it every since. Please bring back the original! I don't even mind the extra cost with a smaller bottle.

Smells delicious but does not last at all
I was so excited about this scent after trying it in the store that I purchased the large bottle. Unfortunately, every time I wear it, the scent is gone within minutes, even when I apply a bunch of sprays. It smells amazing, but it simply doesn't last. Based on the reviews, it seems a lot of other people are having the same experience.

Every lady should try this scent
I use it every morning after showering while getting ready for work. The scent lasts most of the day, but can be reapplied depending on how active you are. It is not too heavy for every day use, but also great for special occasions. I would love it if they had a body wash, maybe they do, would love to try that if they did. I have tried another one of their perfumes and it is delightful. I don't think you can make a bad choice with any of them. It shipped quickly, reasonably priced for the amount you get. You won't be disappointed. This perfume is great for any age:)

My mum gifted me a bottle of Organza many years ago, and it has been my signature fragrance ever since. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through over the years! I'm very sensitive to perfumes, and Organza is the only fragrance I've found that I can wear comfortably all day without getting a headache. It has a beautiful balance of delicate florals that feels elegant and feminine without being overly sweet or overpowering. What makes Organza even more special is the memories it holds for my family. My daughter, now 14, has been quietly borrowing it for the past three years because she loves it just as much as I do. It has truly become a comforting and familiar scent for my children—a fragrance that feels like home. During my recent travels, I went looking to purchase another bottle and was told that it may be out of production. I sincerely hope this is only a rumour, as I would be devastated to see such a timeless and beloved fragrance disappear. A classic scent that has been cherished across generations in our family.

Grapefruit lotion
I've been talking with a lot of people and a lot lot of us are disappointed that you guys stop making the grapefruit lotion and body butter. Would love for you guys to just bring it back. That's very disappointing.

I truly love the smell of this fragrance. It's very well mixed and the scent is about as photorealistic as one could hope for. I wish I could wear it more, but honestly, the longevity issues are real and it causes me to pick other options that last longer on my skin. Please JML, fix the longevity issue with this fragrance! People love it, but it's too difficult for your fans to justify this product at its current price point. With that being said, never stop making it!
