Best eye brows pencil

I have been using the brow pencil (shade 204) since 2019 and purchased the cartridge for a few times. I am an asian with black hair tone and was suggested the shade at Clea de peau counter while in Japan. It gives you the most natural looking brow and effortless look. The quality is very outstanding. Highly recommended.

There's no case for this item

Be careful when purchasing. this item does not come with the pencil case... just the refill.

This is only a refill cartridge

This appears to be an eyebrow pencil from the pictures, however, it is just a refill cartridge. You have to buy something else along with it in order to use it.

Easy to apply and great line

I have used this for a year in a number of colors and I find it draws a great line with precision. It is not overbearing/fat and the smudge works well.
