Do not order

I learned, too late, that I must keep the rug or pay $99+ to return if it not acceptable when I actually get to see it. This information was in the fine print, despite FREE RETURNS listed on the purchasing page. I called to request an exception, and was told by Michelle (physically located in The Philippines) that she cannot cancel my order even though it is in the first stage of processing. I have been a loyal customer of Macy's for many years, but that does not count for anything. This site has no option for 0 stars.
