Don’t buy

Awful product! Took forever to get it unwrapped , and then I find out that you can’t twist it to get more of the product. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. REALLY poor design.

Poor design

I really want to wear epic wear eyeliner, but.... I've bought 2 epic wear eyeliners. just when I place on my eye lid, BOOM! the tip falls off!! I had to visit your web site to figure out how to make the tip come back! and your company States you can sharpen plastic with a regular pencil sharpener? WOW. whomever designed this needs to be fired! Poor designing

VERY DISAPPOINTED

The packaging was impossible to open, and when I finally did, the tip came off and I haven't been able to get a new tip started. Very disappointed with this product. Have used your other pencils before and was very pleased.....Not this one!!! PS......AND HOW EXACTLY DO YOU SHARPEN THIS PENCIL????/

Hi there! We’re so sorry for the frustration! While the casing looks like plastic, this pencil is not a twist-up—it is designed to be sharpened just like a wooden pencil. Here is how to get a fresh tip: Use a cosmetic sharpener: A standard office sharpener will damage the pencil. Freeze it first: Pop the pencil in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before sharpening to harden the creamy formula and prevent breaking. Turn slowly: Shave it gently; the plastic casing will peel away like wood to reveal a new point. Cannot use it!

I bought 2 of those. Both are unsharpenable and so dry, they won't mark my skin. I'm finding this purchase to be my worst experience ever when trying new make-up...
