Package improvements for shipping required

This item looks like it would be really nice but package delivered in bad condition and it is missing a support bar. Box had huge gaps, looks like it slipped right out. Why it was not taped better or inside the bag of hardware, ugh. Very frustrating. I am reordering to try again.

You have to put this together, but it's easy and quick. The finished product is sturdy even after I filled every spot. Highly recommend

When I picked this up, I didn't realize it had I didn't realize it had to be put together. But once it was together oh, I was not disappointed. It has a little weight to it, and it's sturdy. I am pleased with I am pleased with this purchase I made.
