Poor sharpness
Dullest knife I have ever received. Disappointed that the perception of German quality is now made in India. Quality shows as it is dull as a hoe.

Unbelievably BAD
I just got my Henckels Solution 5.5-inch Prep Knife yesterday and gave it a test run. I was so incredibly disappointed by the feel of the cuts. The bevels have an uneven ground, so now I actually have to spend time to fix this blade. I have a Definition chef's knife from over 6 years ago that's still better this this new prep knife. I can't believe that this is the standard of quality control now.

Great knives
Incredible value for a great product. I've used Zwilling knives for my whole life and recently had to purchase replacements due to loss in a move. Still great!

A Great Utility Knife!
I love this knife! I do a lot of cooking and it’s a breeze cutting all my vegetables. This handle fits in my small hand and I would highly recommend this knife!!!
