Color does not match product photos

I ordered the Unique Loom rug in beige, but the item I received does not match the picture shown online. Although it is labeled as beige, the actual design and overall look are much closer to the light grey option. The color in person appears more like a cream tone with brownish-gray undertones. I was expecting a warmer beige based on the listing, so I was disappointed with how different it looks compared to the photos. Still, it looks nice and works well with my space.

Rug is wrinkled, thin

This rug is thin and arrived very wrinkled. I have had heavy objects sitting on it for over a week and the wrinkles are still there.
