Disappointing

I am writing to express my disappointment with the fit of a Tall Oxford shirt I recently ordered for my husband. My husband is tall and slender, which is precisely why I selected your Tall sizing. Unfortunately, the shirt was disproportionately wide and clearly designed for a much heavier build. Rather than offering additional length with a standard or slimmer cut, the garment appears to assume that “tall” automatically means significantly obese. This raises a genuine concern about how tall sizing is approached in your product design. Many tall customers are not overweight, and the current cut effectively excludes a large segment of the tall population who are seeking length rather than excess width. As a result, this item will be returned. More importantly, this experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Ralph Lauren’s understanding of fit and customer needs.

Looks used

For the price i paid, i was disappointed! Rc’d. this shirt with the sleeves rolled up as if someone had used it and ended up returning it, it wasn’t even rolled up nicely. The shirt was wrinkled and the color was faded, i ordered black. The material was hard and itchy, will definitely be returning it.
