No One Cares.

So excited to receive my bell display jar, after opening it I found there was no hook to hang the ornament on the inside. I was so disappointed. Called Swarovski customer service and they were totally uncaring and said it was Macy’s problem. I asked to just please send me the hook for inside, no they would not. Contacted Macy’s and the only option I received was that package was missing and I did not want to lie that the entire package is missing. So today I will drive 30 miles to return the product as it has been such a headache I do it want it anymore. Keep in mind I have order 4 yearly ornaments for the last 15 years to give to my granddaughters each year and we enjoy opening them each year. I just feel like both Swarovski and Macy’s has taken the “glamor” out of purchasing the ornaments.

A lovely gift!

I purchased this to put over a small Swarovski figurine that I bought as a gift. It really made the gift extra special, and made for a beautiful display. High quality and lovely. I would buy this again.
