I so love my Lenox Christmas China! I keep my table set all season just so I can admire it!

I bought an eight pcs place settings a few years ago. I keep adding all the pcs when they go on sale. I love this pattern.

Poor shipping quality.

i never received one of the boxes. I ordered 4 total, I recorded one package with 2 inside and a second package with 1 set inside.. the 4 one never arrived macys still charged me for it.

Great quality dinnerware at a great price

The customer service manager along with the store associates at the internet order pick up desk went above and beyond by providing exquisite customer service. There was an issue with my initial order of this lovely 12 piece Lenox holiday plate & bowl set. A replacement set was located by the customer service manager and the store which had it agreed to ship to the Chevy Chase store for pick up. This order arrived in perfect condition. These Lenox holiday plates & bowls will look great on my dinner table next holiday season.
